Who you would be working with
I'm Danielle, Danni to most people who know me. I've spent my career in organizational development and Racial Equity work, helping leaders and teams get honest about power, decisions, and the culture they're actually building. That work is still mine and I love it.
The spiritual side came later. I didn't grow up reading cards. Over the last five years I have built a wholistic spiritual practice, and it has transformed my life, my heart, and my body. I came to tarot and oracle, to Human Design, to astrology and the Gene Keys, because I needed a way back to myself, and these are what worked.
For a while I kept those two rooms apart, the strategist in one and the woman with the tarot deck in the other, and I let people meet whichever version of me seemed appropriate. Being Soulfully Aligned is what happened when I stopped doing that.
My spiritual practice is part of how I listen.
When we work through a decision you keep circling, I'm paying attention to what you say, and to your chart, and to what the cards reflect, and to what your body does when you get to the answer you were hoping to avoid. None of those tools are rules to follow. They're mirrors that help you recognize what's already true, and then we get practical about what you're going to do with it.
I've supported hundreds of people across sectors to reconnect with their power and make decisions they can live with. More than any of the training, I bring lived experience. I know what it costs to perform a version of your life that looks good and doesn't feel like yours. I'm a Michigan native who spent a decade in California before setting down roots in New Orleans, and I'm a daughter, a best friend, a plant and dog mom, and a person who will absolutely photograph the dinner she made for people she loves.
About the readings
Every reading comes to you as a voice recording with a written transcript alongside it. No live call to schedule, no notes to scramble through. Listen when you have the space for it, read it back when you would rather read, and return to both a month later when they mean something different.

About Human Design
Human Design maps how you are built to make decisions and where you are most likely to get worn down. It draws on astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and a few other lineages, and it uses your birth date, time, and place to generate a chart that is specific to you.
What I use it for is simpler than the system sounds. Your chart shows where you take in the world reliably and where you are wide open, absorbing everybody else's energy and mistaking it for your own. It names your decision-making strategy, which is the way you are wired to know something is a yes before your mind has caught up and started arguing. And it shows you the places you have been performing a kind of energy you do not consistently have, which is usually the part that lands hardest.
Most people finish a Human Design reading with language for something they already suspected about themselves. That is the point. Your chart is a mirror, and what you do with what you see in it is yours.
